OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

Goenergy Limited is registered in Ghana and is a full (100%) subsidiary of Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) and part of the Goil Group. GOIL is listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange and the state has majority shares with ordinary shares owned by other corporate entities and individuals.
